About

We work to make cultural policy visible, intentional, and coordinated. Research, education, and advocacy run through every project we take on.

What We Do

We build shared infrastructure through long-term projects, track legislation and testify at hearings through policy engagement, and design and test new ideas with partners through collaborative R&D.

Why It Matters

Cultural and arts sectors are essential to public life, but they are often poorly measured and unevenly supported. Decisions about funding, access, and participation are frequently made with limited or fragmented information. Strengthening cultural governance requires better data, clearer frameworks, and shared approaches.

Mission

To strengthen the cultural sector by improving the systems, data, and governance structures that support it.

Vision

A cultural ecosystem that is visible, equitable, and effectively integrated into civic life—supported by shared infrastructure and informed decision-making.

Our Team

The people leading our work in cultural governance, open data, and policy innovation across disciplines.
